Palm to Back Butterfly (Contact Juggling Trick Tutorial)

In this tutorial you will learn how to do the palm to back butterfly technique from start to finish which is one of the most popular moves used in contact juggling.  This move is done in exactly the same way to how it sounds. It is when the ball starts out and then moves from the palm of your hand to the back of your hand in the butterfly figure eight type motion.

This is a great trick to learn first as it is easiest for beginners to catch in the palm of their hand which is what you are doing every time with this move.
