How To Sit Mount (Slackline Trick Tutorial)
In this slackline tutorial you will be introduced to the Sit Mount. You will learn how you can do the trick from start to finish. This type of mount is a good alternative to the Chongo Mount.
Remember this is just an introduction where you will be given the basics of the skill and requires continuous effort on your part to really grasp how to do it so that you can add another great trick to your skillset.
For this mount you start out in the seated position with one foot on the line and and the other on the ground.
Next bring up the other foot and place it in between your front foot and your butt. Once you can balance in this position you can move on to the next part.
Next you want to rotate the foot that is nearest to your body outward from the slackline and keep it as close to you as possible. Once you are comfortable it is time to stand up. You will want to keep one hand behind you on the line for stability.
All in one motion you need to push you weight as quickly as possible forward. Remember to push your weight more forward rather than straight up. You should now be in the standing position.
