In this tutorial you will learn the exact steps on how to get into the foot plant slackline position. Before being able to do this trick you must have the drop knee trick already on lock. Start out by doing a simple drop knee. Once you are in this position you simply extend your front foot out until your leg is completely extended. Keep your shoulders facing down the line along with your eys towards an anchor point. While extending your front foot you will want to shift your weight backwards onto your back leg and sit on your back foot. You are now in a foot plant. Hold this position for as long as you can without falling to either side of the line. To reverse out of this trick slide your front foot back towards your body.
